My name is XYZ. I am writing to complain about dictionary of English Idioms that I bought in your Internet bookshop ''Blackie" on 23 November.
I received the item but it is not compatible with my requirements. Dictionary was damaged on a dozen pages although it assured me that it will be well packed
I am not satisfied with the shipment and I ask for a replacement dictionary.
I would like to know why she was treated if I was honest and fair to the company. I ask for a replacement dictionary or I would be grateful if you could consider a full refund.
