In days 2 - 5 December 2009 year, Jamaica stayed in the Hotel Monika and Krzysztof Bik. We wanted to propose the very unpleasant problem, beds were very not comfortable as well as they in the lamp didn't put the light on! The customer service was very not nice, waiters and waitresses were very not nice for us. I am demanding some satisfying remuneration for this hotel. I am leaving it for you.

I am writing to you in order to express my disaffection. In my opinion that hotel should not be open. !
I am very disapointed, because in my room were a lot of spider and towels was dirty. ! That was disgusting.
It is not the end... The attendance was terrible in hotel's restaurant .
They were very slowly and brought chill meals ! There is absurd .
There was nicely if you has returned me 20% my money. Note If You does not consider that satisfaction belongs for me,we will see in court.

I' writing to complain about your hotel. I was at this hotel from 15.06.09 till 21.06.09 with my girlfriend. My room wasn't clean and I couldn't open the windows, because they were broken. I'm very disappointed about this. Also the waiters in the restaurant was terrible, they didn't say good morning, and they were impolite. I got cold meal. I demand a full refund or 80% at least.
