Opis przygotowania
Z przepisu na farsz kapustę przepłukać, pokroić i ugotować do miękkości z dodatkiem soli, pieprzu, ziela angielskiego i liści laurowych. Po ugotowaniu kapustę odsączyć i wyjąć ziarenka ziela i liście. Cebulę i pieczarki pokroić w drobną kostkę i podsmażyć na oleju. Na koniec smażenia dodać kapustę i wszystkie składniki dusić pod przykryciem kilkanaście minut, a później ściągnąć pokrywkę i pozwolić odparować nadmiarowi wody, ciągle mieszając na małym ogniu. Gotowe nadzienie odstawić do ostygnięcia i dobrze przyprawić solą i pieprzem. Z przepisu na ciasto ciasto mąkę połączyć z mlekiem i dodać tyle mleka, aby ciasto stało się elastyczne, ale nie twarde. Następnie ciasto podzielić na kilka części, rozwałkować na cienko, podsypując mąką, a potem wykrawać z niego krążki (najlepiej szklanką).
