Pod koniec kursu językowego w Londynie zaprosiłeś rodzinę, u której mieszkałeś do eleganckiej restauracji na pożegnalną kolacje. Niestety, zarówno jakość obsługi jak i serwowanych dań pozostawiała wiele do życzenia. Napisz reklamacje w której:
- określisz cel listu i opiszesz emocje, które wywołała w tobie wizyta w restauracji.
- poinformujesz o nieprofesjonalnej obsłudze przy zamówieniu posiłku i podczas regulowania rachunku.
- sformułujesz swoje zarzuty wobec jakości serwowanych potraw i napojów.
- określisz formę spodziewanej rekompensaty i wyrazisz nadzieję na natychmiastową reakcję.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about the service I received during a visit to your restauration on Saturday, July 7th.
First, I must inform you that the service while ordering a meal as well as regulating a bill was very unproffesional and didn't meet with my expectations. As a result guests I invited to your restaurant werent pleased. I feel very dissapointed and dissatisfied
Secondly, the food was not cooked properly and provided drinks were far too cold. I think that in the restaurand of such standard as yours a situation like that can't take place, can it?
Taking into consideration all truble I suffered, I hope I can expect a compensation which amounts 500 pounds refund. I hope this matter will recive your immediate attention.

Hello,

I want to complain about food and service in your restaurant. This dinner was very important to me, I wanted to thank my host- family for stay and help during my holiday in London.
First of all, we had to stay over 3 minutes for waiter to show us our table. Later we ordered some drinks and food. It came to us after 40 minutes and it was totally cold. I think you could imagine my dissatisfaction. After I told waiter that we want to leave restaurant, he answered back in a very rude way that we have to pay for food we ordered. I explained him, that it was cold and we are in hurry. Fortunatly, after conversation with manager we didn't have to pay for it.
I'm asking you to pay some more attention to service in your place and I'm kindly asking to send an apologise letter to the family. I hope it's not too much.
