-Stand up quickly.
-Run around me by 2 minutes.
-Touch your head, arms, and shoes quickly as it possible.
-Jump five times. After that sit down on floor.
-Reach your ankle and touch your head.
-Turn your body left. After that jump 6 times and touch your ankle.
