. W każdym z poniższych zdań występują dwie luki. W pierwszej należy wstawić odpowiedni czasownik modalny (formie twierdzącej lub przeczącej), a drugą odpowiednią formę czasownika podanego w nawiasie.

2 She _________ ___________ (feel) awful now after all the things she told her mother when she was high on crack.
3 Something’s not right here. You _________ ____________ (see) her in the cinema yesterday. If it really was her, though, then this means she’s lied to me!
4 You _________ _________ (talk) to that suspicious-looking man! Do you hear me, young lady? He might be dangerous!

ale to są czasowniki modalne, więc wydaje mi się, że znaczeniowo ten wybór jest dosyć płynny [;
