Potrzebuję przetłumaczyć przepis, z góry dziękuje ; )

Składniki na koktajl bananowy:

* 3 duże banany

* 2 szklanki mleka (najlepiej 3,2 %)

* 1/2 szklanki śmietany 30%

* sok z 1/3 cytryny

* 3-4 łyżki cukru

* szczypta cynamonu

Sposób przygotowania:

Banany obrać ze skórki i pokroić w plasterki. Wrzucić do miski, zalać mlekiem i śmietaną. Wycisnąć sok z cytryny (uwaga na pestki). Sok z cytryny jest konieczny, żeby koktajl nie ściemniał. Zmiksować. Dosypać cukru do smaku i znów zmiksować. Przelać do wysokich szklanek i udekorować wierzch za pomocą końca łyżeczki szczyptą cynamonu.

Schłodzić w lodówce minimum 20 minut i podawać schłodzone.
