Ingredients (for 2 pizzas - diameter 24 cm)
300 g cake flour (may be wheat)
20 g of yeast (ankle)
2 tablespoons olive oil (or oil)
half a glass of hot water
flat teaspoon salt
a little sugar
Distribute the yeast with sugar and warm water and 1 teaspoon of the flour-mix all together and covered with cloth aside in a warm place to ferment. (About 10 min)
