In my opinion sport is very important for everybody. Without sport people would be fat, unhealthy and sad.
First of all, if you do a lot of sport, you feel fresh, fit and full of energy. Secondly, sport is good for your health - and you can live longer, if you do it regularly. Thirdly, sport is something you can do with other people. You can make new friends and have good fun together.
Everybody can choose a sport they like. It can be a team activity, like football or basketball, a sport for two, like tennis or fencing, or something for one person only, like running or Nordic Walking.
Summing up, it is better and nicer to do sport, than sit at home, watch TV and do nothing. If you move and do something for your body, you can feel proud of yourself.
