Last week I was at a lecture about healthy diet. Professor Gregory House from Oxford University was talking about healthy food. The talk took place in the local school last Wednesday.
Professor House said a lot of important and interesting information. He advised us to cut down on sweets, cakes and fast food. He said that jogging or work out in the gym are very helpful to keep fit and healthy. He warned us to keep a balanced lifestyle.
I think that meeting was very interesting. Professor House's advice will help me to keep healthy lifestyle. I hope I'll find some time to go jogging or go to the gym. Anyway, I have to finish now.
