Yes I'm fit and I live healthy. Every day I eat really many fruits and vegetables, kiwi is my favourite fruit. I also like swimming for my healthy and activity spend my free time. I don't sit all the time and watch TV, that isn't healthy for all of us. Every day I eat one yogurt. I don't like eat red meat, I don't prefer all kind of meat, beacuse I can say that I'm a vegetarian. I more like healthy food than fast foods and meals with meat. I like salads, my favourite is greece salad. I have to eat healthy if I want to be fit. I'm proud of my figure, but I must take care of it and I think that my diet is great for everybody who want to be fit and have nice figure.
