Maybe not every person know about this sport. It is FreeRuning. David Bell is producer of that art. He hited on idea to generate that kind of sport, when he was runing to shop, which was remote from his home for about 10 kilometres. Climbing, jumpings, acrobatics ... That all make this sport more effective and more spectacular. It is just art of fast mode to get from point A to point B. How start to train that? It's easy but take much time. I propose to start with easy exercises in order to get more power. Then try to do some tricks, but not these most difficult. When we noticed that we do it perfectly, we will start to do some acrobatic tricks and some actions on higher height. It is very good sport in my opinion, cause we can maintain our condition and it's very cheap. We only ought to have comfortable shoes and tracksuit. You must try to do it !
