My name is .... and I'm in 2 class in our school. Today I'm gonna tell you something about how to lose weight?
At first, that is very important subject and we must talking about it, beacuase it has got a terrible cnsequences. So, if you want to lose your weight you have to change your diet- I mean- you have to eating more healthy. A lot of fruits, like bananas, oranges, kiwis, vegetables- like carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes. And odn't forget about water! Drinking water is also very importang thing. The last thing is that you should avoid sweets. Yes, Iknow that is imposible-but try on! And, remember you haven't to seating on the sofa and watching TV all the time. Try something kind of sport like swimming, playing voleyyball and anothers. Don't you like any of sport? it isn't a very big problem- I thin dancing would be a wonderful solution!
