I submit the application to operate the hotel "Marco" of 18.01.2010 year. The reason for my complaint is that I have not been granted assistance. Was needed to help me at the entrance to the second floor wheelchair. There was no one who could help me. It is one thing, while the other is the one that ordered a dinner was given only after an hour. Dinner was given crappy, and in addition was almost cold. Hotel "Marco" who so beautifully advertises its services, all in that does not work. It is simply a hoax and deception of customers.
Consequently, the occurrence of the hotel director, please draw the consequences from the persons responsible for work that day. But I please, as compensation for reimbursement of at least half the cost of the stay, which took in your hotel.
