I understand that you would like to lose some weight but you can't go on such a drastic diet.
It's very dangerous for your health, you can even suffer from anorexia or bulimia.
In my opinion you should just change your lifestyle a bit. You should eat healthy food rich in vitamins, avoid stress and do regular exercise. Take up sport you would enjoy and get enough sleep. Then for sure you will be fit and stay in shape.
I don't agree with you that only dractic diet will help. When you lose too much weight in short time it's also very dengerous. You should just fallow my advice and after some time you will lose wieght and look fit.
