Obesity is one of the most frequently occuring problem in the world. A lot of people find it difficult to fight with that. There are some ways to lose weight.
First, you should cut sweets down. You also mustn't eat fast foods. They contain a lot of calories.
Exercise a lot for example swimming, running. It's the most importnant part of loosing weight. Be systematic.
Don't eat after 6 pm or 3 hours before sleep.
Eat 5 small meals a day. Eat regulary.
Drink a lot of water. It hasn't got any calories and is healthy.
You shouldn't starve yourself. Your body need vitamins and nutrients.
