Park represents the eastern part of Polish nature. It occupies flat land in the western part of the plain-Łęczycko włodawski, which is part of Polesie Podlaski. Land Park has a typical flat landscape, with small differences in height. They ascend to a height of approximately 170 - 172 m Higher elevations over 180 meters above sea level occur only in the center. The Park is a diversified small, shallow lakes (eg Sumin, Moszne, Long). There are numerous bogs and swamps.
Forest communities are relatively poor. The largest areas are occupied mixed forests, swamps, swamp forests and mixed forests. Launches on the sandy pine forests meet. There are also wet meadows, thickets of rush and water and swamp communities.
Peatlands are the most important:
· In the western part of the Park raised Orłowskie Łukim with lakes and Karaśnym,

· In the eastern part - Durne Bieleckie Marsh and Marsh,

Naglinowych on fertile soils in the area of hills are mixed deciduous forests, where the building stands hornbeam, oak, aspen, domieszkowo pine, birch, elm, and there is a collapse herbaceous vegetation. On sandy, fertile hills meets the pine forests. Their is mainly pine forests mixed with birch, oak, and sometimes spruce and moss undergrowth but there include: Blueberry and blackberry cowberry, fern - Common Gull. Valleys and vast plains are covered with peat usually a natural, non-forest, scrub and woodland plant associations. Non-forest habitats of swamp vegetation are represented by peat morasses - high moors, and zrenaturalizowane sedge meadows turzycowe - the transitional and low bogs. Scrub and swamp forest habitats are represented by the willow riparian scrub, bog pine forests of stunted pine form highly moors, bog with birch Betula pubescens and pendula transitional moors and fertile forests olsowe the fens with the dominant alder, in the undergrowth of Czeremcha and the collapse of the nettle, Solanum, kniecią mad, kusaćcem yellow, mint, korbieńcem and carefully.
Lakes, rivers and streams are covered with various other communities of aquatic vegetation and the rush. There are a large proportion of species such as: Aldrovanda vesiculosa, Utricularia, osoka aloides, Myriophyllum skrętoległy, waterlily, yellow water lily.
Highlights in this area are the communities of wetland and aquatic flora, with many relics of the Boreal period, such as willow Lapland, Silene Lithuanian, turzycami and the period of roughy, for example, Myriophyllum skrętoległy, pennywort wheat, Rhynchospora brown, intermediate sundew Flora Park has 930 species of vascular plants.
Protected plants (57 species), including: willow borówkolistna, Lapland willow, birch low, intermediate sundews, rotundifolia, anglica, Siberian iris, globe flower European, gnidosz royal Lycopodiopsida (6 grade) Orchids (14 grade) marsh gentian. The animal world is very rich. Highlights are the species associated with aquatic habitats and torfowiskowymi. In some lakes still fairly common in cancer of the marsh, and torfiankach and small tanks dziwigłówka and przekopnica. Fairly large fauna is aquatic molluscs. At the lake bogs live quite numerous relict bog ants.
