Up ^ - translator...?
At first I would like to say that I'm very upset about a quality of the service you provided me. About one week ago I called your company with the request about transporting my new TV set.
First of all I had to wait three days to get it. On your web page you said that I wont have to wait longer than twenty-four hours. However the best part of it is that when I finally got it I spotted that it was damaged in transport - it was all scratched and this is strange, it was dirty! I'm very unsatisfied about this situation. I expect explanations, if not I will take further steps to sort it out.
