Milk baking sauce
• 1 liter of milk
• 5 tablespoons flour
• 6 tablespoons butter
Method of execution:
Milk bring to the boil.
Meanwhile, fry the hot butter into flour, then slowly pour the milk without interrupting the mixing.
Hold on low heat about 10 minutes.
Season to taste with salt and then wipe the sauce through a sieve and boil again
