I regret to inform you that i haven't receive any confirmation from you consider to my aplication.
I was signed up over Internet for two weeks Englisch kurs. I filled in a form on the twenty Juli and I did not get any reaply from your school. I called to your school on the twenty-five Juli and I left a message in answerphone. I worrie that I have not any reaply from you, which makes my problem because in consequence I can not plan my trip in holiday.
I think you should not treat like that your customers. I feel disappointed because I thought your services are good quality. I would be glad, if you be so kind enough to sent my money back as soon as posible or confirm to my application. I hope you will give this matter your prompt attention.
