Nowadays many teenagers don't fallow a sensible diet (nie odżywiają się rozsądnie). They eat a lot of fast food such as pizzas, hot-dogs, hamburgers etc. which contains a lot of fat but not vitamins. Maybe it's because they don't have much time to think about what they eat and unhealthy snacks are just so easy to prepare or buy. However, there are some teenagers who care about their meals. They eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and always have a hot dinner at home. It helps them keep fit and stay in shape what I think is a very important thing for everyone. So let's start taking care of what we eat because a healthy diet means a healthy body!
