I think I fallow a sensible diet. I try to eat fresh vegetables, fruits and dairy products every day. I have a warm, tasty dinner every day which gives me energy. I also drink a lot of water. I think my diet is very healthy because I eat a wide variety of foods which is very nutritous and rich in vitamins. I try to avoid fast-foods, sugary drinks and sweets. In my home meals are prepared by my mum who is a great cook. I really love everything she cooks for us because it's always something healthy and helps us keep fit.
