I am writing to complain about the service I received during a visit to your restauration on Saturday, July 7th.
First, I must inform you that the service while ordering a meal as well as regulating a bill was very unproffesional and didn't meet with my expectations. As a result guests I invited to your restaurant werent pleased. I feel very dissapointed and dissatisfied
Secondly, the food was not cooked properly and provided drinks were far too cold. I think that in the restaurand of such standard as yours a situation like that can't take place, can it?
Taking into consideration all truble I suffered, I hope I can expect a compensation which amounts 500 pounds refund. I hope this matter will recive your immediate attention.
