Hejka, miałam takie zadanie jak ty, tylko że mogłam napisać mniej słów i napisałam tak:
I am writing to complain, because when I spent two days (Saturday and Sunday) at the Seaside Hotel I had problems with the room service, the staff and the facilities at the hotel.
Firstly, room service was unreliable. I ordered two simple dishes, however it took over an hour to arrive and dinner was cold.
Furthermore, there was lack of facilities. In brochure I read about pool. However swimming pool was closed for repairs during our stay.
In addition, lack of staff, because when I needed help with our my luggage there was no porter.
As you can think, I was very tired and angry. I demand written apology and full refund. Differently I shall be to take legal action.
