I am writing because I would like to express my dissatisfaction with your product. I bought this camera from Allegro on 24th September.
Firts, the camera worked well and I was very happy with its performance. However, a week ago, on the 7th October, a cassette became stuck inside the camera. It is now impossible to remove the cassette and I am unable to playback the cassette in another machine and can not insert a new cassette. Besides this, the microphone has ceased working and the camera is not able to record noise.
I am returning the camera to you and I would like to replace the camera as soon as possible. I think, that you cover all the expenses. I look forward to hearing from you.
