I'm writing to report a fault with the new Nokia N97 that I recently have bought from your website on the 22nd of February. I wrote to you previously, but I didn't get answer, so I'm writing once again.
I've got a few problems with this mobile phone. This phone has got a function connecting with internet. I can't do this. I can't also listen to music on it, because when I turn on a song, the phone switches off.
I'm enclosing the mobile phone together with the receipt. I would be grateful if you could reapair the fault. If it isn't possible, I would be grateful if you could send me a new one.
