I am writing to complain about a watch I bought in your shop when I was on holiday a fortnight ago.
It is a battery-operated ladies' watch with a black strap and a small silver face. Unfortunately, it keeps stopping. I have tried putting a new battery in it but it does not seem to make any difference.
I would be grateful if you could replace the watch with another one. I would be pleased to have the same model. I have a guarantee which is valid for one year. I could send you the wacht I bought and a copy of the guarantee.
If this is not possible, could I please have a refund for the watch I bought?
