Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain about the CD player I have bought in your shop. It was on the Christmas discount. Afetr few days of its using it just stopped working properly. While the control lamp is lightening I cannot hear any voice in the headphones.

I am sorry to say there was not my fault - I was treating it like it was written in the instructions and according to it. I even have not tried to repair the CD player.

I expect you to refund my faulty player. I look forward to hearing from your reply and I hope I can rely on your honesty.
