Pirates came ( come) to our small Irish village early in the morning. They captured ( capture) Many men, women and children. People shouted ( shout) and cried ( cry) but the pirates took( take) them on the board of the ship with a black flag. I was ( be ) one of the men from the village. We spent ( spend) forty days at sea. Many of us were (be) sick , some of us died (die). The pirates gave( GIVE) US ONLY SOME OLD BREAD TO EAT and some water to drink. At last we arrived (ARRIVE) AT THE NOISY PORT OF Rabat. It was ( be) boiling hot because we were ( be) in Africa. The pirates leaded (lead) us to the market. It was, ( be) a slave market and we were (be) slaves! The pirates sold. ( sell) all of us. After some weekes I ran ( run) away. I swam (swim) to a boat and sailed( sail ) to a small island.
