Thank you for your letter. It was nice to hear from you. I’m writing to tell you about my excursion to Roma.
It’s a beautiful place, but nobody told me that everywhere are so many people. After the first week in that city I felt really disappointed with tourist attractions. We couldn’t get on with our guide, so we decided to go to city by ourselves. The first place, where I wanted to go, was The Colosseum. I don’t know why, but we couldn’t get in to it. I can’t speak Italian and people there unwillingly spoke English. Next day we went to Basilica of St. John Lateran, the cathedral of Rome. It’s wonderful and interesting place! You must see these huge columns!
I’m looking forward to seeing you in Poland.
Your sincere friend,
