I am writing to you about a laptop I bought two weeks ago. It is faulty, and has a problem with it's processor. I tried to fix it by rebooting it, unfortunetly that wasn't very successful. I have also tried to give it back to the shop in my area, but I have lost my recipt and they would not accept it. I would like you to concider this letter as a very serious problem with your laptop company, because I am quite positive that there are more such problems as this one.
I am asking for you to swap my laptop, for one that works properly, and doesn't freeze every two minutes. This will not just make me happy, it will also make you feel proud of yourself for helping others. Although, if you think I'm asking for too much, I would at least appriceate technical support, to try and fix the faulty processor.
