1. You should start doing some physical exercise. To keep fit and healthy it would be good to go jogging at least once a week. Secondly, you should start going to aerobics classes adjusted to your age. Why not start dancing lessons together with your husband? You shouldn't go jogging more than two times a week. It could be dangerous for your heart.
2. You should take up a team sport, for example basketball, volleyball or football. It would be a great psychological benefit for you. You could identify yourself with a group. You wouldn't feel lonely. You should also try to go ice-skating in the winter or ride a bike together with your friends. You shouldn't try jogging because in this sport you don't have any opportunities to talk to people.
3. You should go for long walks. It could be good for your creativity. During walks you could think about your books you could get new ideas. It's much better to think on the fresh air. You should also start training yoga. You shouldn't train any difficult sport because it's very exhausting.
4. You should do some exercises at home. You should go jogging a few times a week. You should walk to the university and not go by bus. You could also start training some team sports together with other students. For example, football, volleyball or basketball. The university gym is always free in the afternoon and you could train there. It doesn't cost any money. You shouldn't go horse-riding, swimming or tennis because they cost a lot of money.
