Sorry that I didn't answer you for so long, but I was kinda busy (school). I heard that you want to lose your weigh. You have to take exercises everyday and restric fat and carbohydrates you eat. I think that you should eat a lot of vegetables and friuts and say 'NO' to the sugar (for example in tea) and butter (it makes you really fat). Anyway, the most important is to exercise! You can go cycling or swimming twice a week. You have to like kind of exercises otherwise you will quickly get bored.
When will come to Poland? I can't wait to see you skinny!
