I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the CD player which I puchased in your shop on 12th august in London.
Let me tell you about main problem concerning the purchased device. The CD player has worked for only two days. After this time it suddenly crashed.Instead of being concerned I feel very frustrated about this fact.
I would like to ensure you that the device was always used according to the manuals so the crash cannot be my fault. What more, after it had broken, I did not try to fix it.
I believe this dissapointment entitles me to a full refund or a replacement of the faulty CD player.I hope this matter will recive your immediate attention.
