Supermarkets use many different strategies to make sure that they sell more of their products. It's worth knowing what tricks they use to attack our wallets.
One strategy is to place the basic producst , especialy bread, far from the entrance. On your way, you pass hundreds of other products. Somehow some of them end up in your trolley, even if you don't need them.
Remember what shelves in a supermarket look like? Which products are easiest to to notice <and buy>?Those and your eye level (middle shelves) or at the corners. And the ones that are in these places are not there by accident. Their producers have paid for the place. You can be sure these products are not the cheapest ones.
