Of every morning I am running in order to keep better conditions. A way into which I am feeding is also affecting it, and I am feeding healthily I am eating fruits eggs and dairy products of the vegetable. I am also active even up to the time of the winter I am skiing, and when it's raining I am going to the artificial skating rink. I often also exercise at home, I am playing the pin ponga with siblings or into the volleyball. I like also to swim, it is not only good to conditions, but it is possible also a bit to lose weight. I think that sport is far more better and more interesting than e.g. watching TV.
