i every day go every day I walk in the mountains, cycling. I eat 3 meals a day, of course, meatless. I run 2 hours a day with a dog

I want to tell you abaut stangers of healthy life style. When you spend lot of time on a fresh air you are more energy and glad with life. With healthy food you'll leave longer and you wan't get ill so often like now. That's very important to live like that, that have big effects in the future when you are sixty years old.

what you hear in? I am writing to encourage you to trubu healthy life. Recently I decided to take care of your health. Instead of eating unhealthy foods to eat fruits and vegetables. I try to spend a lot of time outdoors. I run, I ride on rollers, a bicycle. i'm happy because, thanks to exercise and healthy eating, I feel better.
