The basic recipe for pancake batter. It can be served with jam, white cheese or fruit.
250 g wheat flour
400 ml milk
2 pcs eggs
2 tablespoons oil
pinch of salt
Mix all ingredients in blender. The dough should be consistency of thick cream, if it is too rare - add flour, and as thick as a milk or soda water.
Fry in very hot skillet on both sides. Before dispensing give each pancake into the pan about 1 teaspoon of oil.
