• 150 g of flour
• 1 teaspoon of sugar of powder
• 2 egg
• 240 ml of milk
• the pinch of salt
• 3 spoon of melted butter or the oil
• vegetable oil to frying
To sift flour, to add sugar the powder of, egg, milk and salt. To mix, to cover with dish-cloth and to put away on 30 minutes. Before frying to add to cake melted butter or oil and mix. It was can fry on dry frying pan pancakes ( toast on oil only first pancake) or fry on fat all next pancakes also.
